How Do I Place An Order?
There are several ways to contact me to place an order. You can message me through my CONTACT page or by filling out this Questionnaire with details of your proposed project. After we talk about details and scope of the project, I will give you a quote and set a schedule with you about the time table for the project.
Payment and Shipping
When we begin designing a project, we will discuss a timeline for delivery and payment details. Generally a 30-50% non-refundable deposit will be asked for to cover material and wood costs. Payments can be made through Venmo, cash, or check.
At the outset of the project we will confirm whether delivery within North County San Diego will be made or if the item is to be picked up in San Marcos, San Diego. Orders to be delivered outside of North County San Diego or shipping will incur an additional charge.
Returns & Refunds
Items made are all custom orders and refunds will not be given. All payments are non-refundable. If corrections to projects need to be made then we can discuss modifications but new charges may be incurred. Wood color is not an exact science so color matching may be attempted but refusals for incorrect wood coloring will not be grounds for piece refusal and full payment will be required at the conclusion of a project.
Communications, payment details, and information obtained by Woodworking Momma and myself in the course of creating wood pieces through electronic means or personal communication will be stored in a professional manner to be kept private in a secure manner.
